Coordinator Opening

Thanks for your interest in the coordinator position.  The coordinator is expected to schedule rides from our clients, assign a driver to each ride, and manage the ride to completion.  We expect the coordinator to be highly motivated and comfortable using technology.

We have 2 coordinator positions that we are looking to fill.  Choose the one that best fits your schedule.  The hours are listed below (both Eastern time zone):

Position 1: Monday - Friday

  • Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm (30 min lunch) - 8 hours
  • Friday 8am - 4:30pm (30 min lunch) - 8 hours
  • Total - 40 hours / week

Position 2: Tuesday - Saturday

  • Friday 8am - 5:30pm (30 min lunch) - 9 hours
  • Saturday 9am - 1pm (no lunch break) - 4 hours

As a small business we cover for each other when we need time off so you should be willing to cover others shifts sometimes as well.  In return, others will covers your shifts when needed too.

This is a fast paced environment and a demanding position.  A good analogy is to think about working retail the day after Christmas or being a bartender on Superbowl Sunday, except every day.  This can be an exciting opportunity for the right person.  Please only apply if you are ready for that kind of a challenge.
